Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment 48 hours notice is required.
Appointments cancelled past the notice period or missed appointments are liable to the full session fee and payable before any further sessions can be booked. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.

The cancellation policy will form part of our Counselling Contract and discussed in more detail in our Assessment session.
Offering daytime and evening sessions. Face-to-face and online availability for adults and young people aged 16+.
